  • Sewer Inventory database collection for the Macon Water Authority.  Survey included determining the state plane coordinates and the mean sea level elevations of over 2000 sanitary sewer manholes, attribute data at each manhole such as size, type, depths, materials and the connectivity of the lines.

  • Boundary retracement survey of 15,000-acres of the Oaky Woods Wildlife Refuge located south of Kathleen, Georgia

  • Boundary retracement survey of 37 miles of a portion of the old CSX railroad traversing through Cobb, Paulding and Polk County, Georgia for the Department of Transportation. The project was developed and is known today as part of the Silver Comet Trail bicycle and walking trail.

  • 6 mile route survey for Cobb County for the South Cobb Sewer Conveyance Tunnel.  The survey required establishment of horizontal and vertical control, enhancement of aerial topography, re-establishment of the existing right of ways and boundaries, site specific boundary and topographic surveys and preparing over 300 plats and legal descriptions for acquisition of easements and property conveyances along the route.

  • 6  mile Streetscape and Infrastructure improvement survey for the Cumberland Community Improvement District (CCID) in Cobb County, Georgia. The survey required establishment of horizontal and vertical control and ground run topographic survey of the entire roadway depicting above and below ground utilities, detailed landscaping features, road striping and re-establishment of existing right of way and boundaries of over 200 parcels throughout the project.

  • 750 acre Boundary Retracement survey in Rabun County, Georgia for the Georgia Power Company. Project was unique, dealing with extreme terrain issues and historic records. Project was required to be completed in three weeks which required multiple crews on site and extensive project coordination.

  • 62 acre Boundary and Topographic survey of the Wyckoff Water Treatment plant, Cobb County, Georgia.  Project involved retracement of boundaries and recovery of property corners originally established in 1953. The topographic survey required extensive utility investigation, location of trees , and detailed mapping of the as-built conditions of the existing plant site.

  • Boundary and Topographic survey for the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of 26 acres of land acquired for the Don Carter State Park alongside Lake Sydney Lanier, Hall County, Georgia. The boundary survey required retracement and recovery of original corners established by the Corps of Engineers during the acquisition of lands for the lake. Additionally, a topographic survey was conducted of approximately 50 acres which surrounds the property acquired.

  • Boundary Surveys of approximately 50 residential lots of land acquired by a large Atlanta area home developer. This project, located near Interstate Highway 285 and Atlanta Highway, is one of the few remaining undeveloped areas of Smyrna. The lots surveyed were originally subdivided by deeds dating back to the early part of the 20th century. Many of the lots were never formally surveyed and have been abandoned in fact for many years. Very little physical evidence of the boundary lines existed and much of the property was severely overgrown with vegetation. The project required extensive time and effort consulting with title attorneys and meeting with land owners to obtain oral testimony, review record data, and address the numerous overlaps of surveys and deed discrepancies found.

  • Survey database collection for the Bear Creek and Anneewakee Creek Flood Study,  Douglas County,Georgia. Project involved providing numerous horizontal and vertical data points at road crossings over creeks, various cross country stream crossings, and various lakes within the basin to determine the current flood limits within the basin.

Project involved providing numerous horizontal and vertical data points at road crossings over creeks, various cross country stream crossings, and various lakes within the basin to determine the current flood limits along Sweetwater Creek.

  • FEMA Flood Elevation Certificates for various counties involving determination of mean sea level elevations of  critical points on site, site specific photography and completion of the FEMA forms to be submitted.
